We are a nonpartisan trust that works to create a strong and open society through ethical leadership and constructive dialogues.
Ananta Leaders Fellowship is a unique programme that seeks to build a cadre of leaders, whose leadership style reflects their core set of values. The belief is that when leaders are guided as much by values as reason, their decisions are both more informed as well as inclusive.
We create nonpartisan forums that bring together influencers from all walks of life for exchange of ideas, consensus building, and discussion on important issues facing the country. The output of these discussions often serve to influence policies and programmes.
We also create strategic platforms for long term conversations between influencers from different countries in order to facilitate better understanding and cooperation. These discussions help shape policies and programmes in the participating countries.
